What is Kids Helpline?

In its 16th year - Kids Helpline is Australia's only free, confidential and anonymous 24-hour phone and online counseling service specifically for young people aged up to 25. Counselors respond to almost 6,000 calls each week about issues ranging from relationship breakdowns and bullying, to sexual abuse, homelessness, suicidal thoughts, and drug and alcohol usage.

Together with Kids Helpline, Optus' "Talk to your kids" campaign is helping to raise awareness of the key issues facing Australia's youth. By promoting stronger family relationships, we hope to bring your worlds closer together.
